Service and Maintenance of Bodor Laser Heads in Sufra’s In-House Laboratory

Sufra provides service and maintenance of Bodor Laser heads in its own in-house laboratory located in Vilnius. All work is carried out by certified engineers authorized by the manufacturer, Bodor Laser, in full compliance with factory standards and technical regulations.

The service is designed to support uninterrupted operation of the customer’s production. In the event of a laser head failure for any reason, or when replacement of internal lenses is required, Sufra promptly replaces the laser head with a new unit available from stock. This approach eliminates equipment downtime and prevents production stoppages.

After replacement, the faulty laser head is transferred to Sufra’s laboratory, where a complete diagnosis is performed, the cause of the failure is identified, and repair is carried out in accordance with Bodor Laser requirements. All procedures are handled under the supervision of qualified specialists using professional equipment.
